A rare pair of stools with architectural wooden frames and slung hide seats. Simple and beautiful design. The manufacturer Dujo was a department of the union of furniture, lighting and decoration companies in Cuba. Cordoba's (designed in collaboration with Maria Victoria Caignet) furniture has a distinctive and rational appearance that distinguises it from Brazilian design from the same era. Their desgns combine aspects of traditional furniture from the region with influences of international modernist design from the late 20th. Good all original condition.
